Chordell Systems’ Hardware Group has nearly 20 years experience designing, developing and delivering real time systems for signal and image processing. These have been in medical, military and industrial markets across multiple modalities.

In medical we have experience in image acquisition, manipulation, storage and interpretation for MRI, CT and Ultrasound. In the industrial sector we have up to date knowledge of Silicon Wafer Inspection and Reticle Inspection.

In the military area we are used by some Defence Primes as a quick, initial design resource for systems covering Radar, Sonar, EW, SIGINT and C4i. This has allowed our customers to provided accurate ROM pricing to government agencies enabling early planning and procurement cycles to meet emerging needs. Similar to our software design style we use an ultra disciplined front-end requirements analysis to precisely define system needs and identify early opportunities to ensure elegant low cost designs. Being hardware agnostic, Chordell will happily recommend suitable COTS hardware for implementing these systems always keeping life cycle and maintenance issues in mind.
